This is the bottom line....If you have a cell phone.."they" have your info....if you join cruisers forum..."they" have your info....if you have a credit card "they " have your info...if you have "pay pal" they have your info..if you go to a site to shop or research a "cookie" attaches....it does not stop....so, using a reasonable degree of caution, we have to go on living our lives, mindful that "they" are out there and around every darn old corner....:/

never open account, never used . i do not even know how their website look like.

I find the whole "is facebook safe or not" question a bit ridiculous. It isn't anything until someone joins and sets up their account. You can be completely invisable, use a "dies in a hour" email address to join and turn everything off, no one will know you are there.
Or you can set everything to open and the world will see all you do on the site. As if the world was interested.
