Small Dog Health records need for traveling in the Caribe

We have a small Maltese dog and are starting our Carib journey on a 45 ft Catamaran out of St Marteen and traveling for the next year thru the Carib.
Any records or vaccinations need for such a travel? any ideas.

We used to have a book on board with the requirements for each country, but I don't remember the title. Some want a 3-yr rabies shot, others insist on 1 yr., the international health certificate rules vary, etc. You have to know the exact rules for each country, but it's not that hard to be prepared and avoid hassles.
