Kid Boats on the Chesapeake?

We have a 2.5 year old toddler and 3 month old infant and are wondering if there are any others with small kids out on the Chesapeake? We occasionally seem them but it ends up being more of a "ships passing in the night" sort of thing. It would be fun to meet some other sailing parents for raftups, play dates, pool dates, etc. Our toddler loves meeting new kids. Anyone out there?

We'll be in Rock Hall in 2 weeks but are usually all over the central Chesapeake in the summer.
