Dog / outboard hoist

Oh hang on you can't see the backstay in this pic, I took it from the hammock! What you see here is all what we built on.

Thanks for all the ideas. We'll keep thinking of better ways. One may be to load/unload from beam of boat instead of the stern. We'll try it out once it warms up!

Here's a pic of our stern. Just too difficult to take a 45lb scaredy cat on and off.
