Cruising Families in Annapolis?

Good morning all. We are headed to the sailboat show in Annapolis next week, and would like for our daughter to have a chance to meet some cruising kids. She is 10, a lifetime straight A student, and is well behaved. She recently started homeschooling, and has a particular interest in chatting with boatschooled kids. The transition to homeschool was actually her idea, and solves our biggest obstacle with regard to becoming at least part time cruisers, so we are excited for her to speak with a few experts from her own generation. Any and all help would be most appreciated, and my wife and I would be delighted to buy dinner if any of you should have the time.

On a side note, we are two weeks in with the homeschooling, and her attitude has really improved. It wasn't bad before, but now, she is REALLY pleasant to be around. Is this normal, and how long does it last?
