Anyone in San Diego that can recommend a good vet

We'll need to get our cat ready to sail with shots, etc. We don't have an established vet as he's an indoor cat of 15 years and has never had a problem.

Could someone recommend us to a vet that won't totally charge us an arm and a leg?

Murphy the cat thanks you!!

If you're in SD, go down to the Seabreeze Books & Charts store and ask the owner, Ann Kinner. She's a cat owner right there in Pt Loma and she's very helpful to cruisers.

sorry if late to this reply just joined CF.com a few min ago. All great suggestions, want to add one more, a great vet is San Diego Bay Animal Hospital - they are on sports arena blvd. Great honest no bs service and having many animals over the years, they are excellent.
