Anyone Find a Life Vest to fit a Puggle?

I have a Puggle we love to take out with us but it always scares us if he falls off as he is not the best swimmer (though he has fell in at the dock a handful of times). Anyway we tried on every vest at West Marine and he is just too much of an odd size dog for any of theirs to fit properly (big chest, small waist, not very long...) So had anyone with a puggle or maybe even beagle got one to fit?

myminature labradoodle has one. i believe i got the vest from Petco. The straps are adjustable. it doesn't have to fit perfect...

We tired some from Petco actually and didn't like the fitment of any.... EzyDog Doggy Flotation Device : Free Shipping : Backcountry K-9 looks promising in X-Small... If I measured him right he is 25" girth and 12-13" long.... Alot of them put the rear strap over his junk so if he had to go the bathroom, he could not, plus I'm sure that would bother him.

I found that critters inflatables work well on our 115 lb Beauceron. Last I checked they were clearing them out so it might be worth checking out to see if they fit.
