A clean head is the key to woman's heart. It sounds strange, but if u care enough to keep the head sparkling , u deserve a womans touch and affection.

Re: A Woman's Needs

You guys are bloody hilarious... No washers, dryers, hairdryers, curling irons,or makeup on this boat!
Water conservation is paramount and it is dead easy to wash daily in 3 litres of water or less! Just gotta get creative.Lavender oil is fantasic stuff to add to the rinse water.
Bring ya own tampons if you are cruising in Langkawi. They can be hard to find here.

Holy crap if we all used that much water when we did the transpac for cleaning, we'd have had 2.4L/person/day for non-cleaning purposes! And nothing left on day 28.

So in response to Miss Calypte's post I wonder if anyone of you have ever tried 'The Diva Cup' instead of tampons???

http://www.divacup.com/?gclid=CP-rt4...FcN05Qod1nAuwQ

This is definitely a woman's issue, but an important one. The Diva Cup is intriguing to me but I am concerned about having to boil it to keep it sanitary...maybe having two and always one that has been the sanitizing regiment might be the trick...I am just not looking forward to taking up precious room aboard with tampons...

But seriously why toilet paper....I am certainly no expert on Girlies monthly needs but in the day to day why not use a bit of fresh water hosed to the head I haven't used toilet paper on the boat and only have a bit to make visitors comfortable until they convert.

water is not an issue easily collected here in the tropics.

I will keep reading this thread so I know what to provide in the future ....lol

Re: A Woman's Needs

A clean boat in general will keep a woman happy, and a captain with a great sense of humor and a mild temper..... its not about appliances and gadgets it's being clean and good company plain and simple

This really cracks me up... This thread sure has changed since I got crucified for saying the same thing... more or less.
I should have waited until now when the real women are involved.
