It looks like a sterno stove? You put sterno (jellied alcohol) in the small container, light it and put it under the burner. Of course, I could be totally wrong. It might be an alien craft.

Except the container is actually the cap to extinguish the can of stereo.

It also looks like the "adapter" for the magma round grill. It turns it from a "grill" to a "burner" - this way you can boil a pot of water on your grill.

magma burner is different than the picture. has 2 discs with spacing between. conical with slight grade as opposed to dunce cap or sno cone shaped cone.
