there are several WHOLE FOODS and WILD OATS in fort lauderdale

i am in the area now and can help out if you need a ride or something like that,,, live 14 years in the area,,,

Not sure what tager meant, but will jump in that I think it is wise to generally avoid overly processed foods of any type, and give some thought to the controversial nature of soy protein products. Here's something to chew on, so to speak: Newest Research on the Dangers of Soy

WOW!!! I was ready to share my TSP experience!!! We use TSP all the time!!! Readily available at hardware stores. Does a GREAT job cleaning dirty wall, toilets, floors...

But you don't want the TSP we use
