Stainless in the galley

When you go to the a second hand store or scrapyard to buy stainless cutlery or a galley sink, take a magnet with you. The magnetic stainless rusts like hell in the tropics, but the non magnetic stuff doesn't. 5%of cutlery is non magnetic. A galley sink or strainer rusting out can sink your boat. The good stuff is also a lighter colour.
