A bit of a stretch/drift, but this was what an ordinary boat looks like before heading out of the PNW Jan.4

imbo485 hope the dog was OK. Thanks for the pictures, my 4year-old seems to be catching the cruising bug. Hopefully we can do this sometime after the baby is born around this Thanksgiving but it will probably be a few years from now unless the lotto really likes me.

Re: Photos of the Daily Look of a Cruising Boat

How about video? I was taking a break from getting beat up trying to make it from Sandspit to Gwaii Haanas park into a 30 knot southerly. (We gave up and crossed in calm waters the next day)

Thanks Arch. I will check out your other videos. At least the boat looks lived in and not like a museum.

Sorry Judy (all).
Those pages were from an earlier version of the Photo Gallery.

We try to keep the boat pretty organized. Sometimes it just gets cluttered up by my li'l brown love after a hard nights sail.......i2f

Therapy--

This might look nice right side up, but what happens when you're wrong side up?

Unless that material is secured, you're going to have a neck of a mess, no?

That is only part of the mess that will be aboard if I am wrong side up!

But it will all be beneath me at that point.

To post a picture,
Select "go Advanced" scroll down to "manage attachments" and select that. Then select the pictures you want to share.

I did that. The first time I got error message and nothing worked. Several hours later I tried it again and error message did not appear; instructions were self-explanatory. Entered the files where indicated; it appeared to upload; then screen returned to original and no files uploaded.

Thanks for the info. But I have tried 3 times now and it hasn't worked, so I am forgetting about this. Doubt photos of our boat would be of interest anyway.

This is a boat party. We call this the "missionary position", guys on top. The ladies are down below. They don't want to hear about batteries, engines, generators or how to spear fish.
