Good point Chris, in regards to the cast iron cleaning. Yes to little oil, we never used soap. Hot water on a paper towel. Little rub with oil when dry. Just my .2 though

Familycruisers -- yes, the Omnia works really well on the grill for baking (lots better than the jury-rigged things I tried).
