Haub House, Haubstadt, IN where they make Real Horseradish.The English stole their recipe, but got it wrong...and have to settle for cole slaw...

fridge--mustard????? lol...not yet....

this boat came with a bottle?plastic with squeeze top-- frenches crappy mustard----ok it has its uses---so i went out an dbought a decent brown mustard for using and kept the old one in boat--is still good for spaghetti sauce, so... well... 5 yrs later i still have that old yellow mustard---it is still good for spaghetti sauce improvements...fridge it??????

Pommery or Reijne de Djion always works for me, Colemans is too fierce and whole grain types are too trendy.

However Id forsake all these , to ensure I had a supply of very high quality Olive Oil on board.. and Honey. ( plus red and white french wine vinegar's) . Mayo I can always make, mustard I can live without

+1 with Boatman on Horseradish , mix it through poached salmon.yum
