Errr Ummm, mumble, shuffle feet.

Mildy embarassed to admit it but I can't find the damn recipe anywhere.

However in a possibly futile attempt to make good here is one I found courtesy of Almighty Google and from memory it's very similar to the one I had, maybe even the same. This is the site where I found the pics of the muddies previously posted. I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
