Loved it!!! Last delivery Greece to Delaware, the owner and crew member didn't have a clue about feeding themselves, buying food, how to light the burners (much less the bleedin' oven). This is all fine and dandy but it places a strain on the only one who could cook (me) whilst trying to navigate, watch-keep and skipper the yacht. Dunno if they thought we'd be stopping every night or were going to just opens cans and eat them cold!!

loved this article. All kidding aside I've been on the boat when the chef is ashore and the crew can't/won't touch any of the food in the galley because we're not sure what food is for the guests and what's for the crew, and god have mercy on your soul if you piss off the chef...
