Brewed sausage do require always
refrigeration up to 4°. They last as long as 21 days in
refrigeration.
Air dried sausage do require
cooling under 15°. They last under 15° almost 1 year.
Please, do cool down sausage and dried meat as instructed. otherwise you can get some serious long term bacterial problem in your stomach.
