The
oven on the
new boat is an Airlux afscw21ixn. It appears to have everything and anything one could want in an
oven on a
boat. broiler, rotisserie, convection
cooking. However, when turned on, ours heats up the control knobs to the point of burning ones fingers when touched. Airlux appears to have only a French presence so I am unsure where to turn for info and insight. Any ideas?
