Re: Heat Retention Cooking (Wonderbag and others)--Any Downsides?

I made this a few years ago as an experiment. The other day I made chicken broth in my pressure cooker with bunch of chicken bones and after half hour in the "box" it it was still under pressure. ( I also had a quilt on top of it).
