If you mean Shyte Hawks..... try marinading the carcass in a mix of yoghurt, lemon juice, cumin, corriander, chilli and a bit of ground fenugreek to counter the fishy taste... leave overnight then stick in oven
and roast till juices run clear...
As to packaging... unpack the stuff in cardboard etc on the pontoon into dedicated storage
vessels then dump the cardboard straight away... good anti roaches tactics...
