fun question

I'm really borwed at one in the morning so I have a question that is prbably really stupid but has anyone ever considered putting a still on the boat???

I think there's one of the multi-hull guys from downunder that brews his own hooch! If the price of fuel keeps going up like it is it'll be a good option for an alternative fuel source.

Can't see how it ferment, we tried it years age on a ship back in the late 80's it didn't work..

Probly ok cool mabye i'll get a boat with desil engines and use bio desil =)

Bio diesel is great, but production on a boat is not practical, and availability outside the US can be an issue. Try searching Bio Diesel in some of the existing threads. You will find lots of information.

The process can be accomplished with a still that we prefer to refer to as a desaltinator( if descovered aboard), makes a very nice vodka. lol
