Food Provisioning For Intimate Charter

I'm looking for any insight on food provisioning for six to nine people on a 42 foot Endeavour SV. The voyage will be for 7 days. Any help would be much appreciated. Just a list of basics, or a spreadsheet formula. Anything would help. Thank you.
