Even tho we are Cheap cruisers, food is Important to us! we enjoy eating well if cheaply! we can, as we have said before, both the fish we catch, and the veggies we find at local markets, or from local farmers ashore where ever we are at! we also bake our bread and goodies!! You would be surprised how well ya can eat, and how cheap it can be with a little thought and preparation. Just sayin eating well at sea makes for much more enjoyable trip and keeps ya healthy! And it had to be those darn hot dogs that killed that guy, cus good Rum Is one of the 4 food groups !!

Don't you feel like having some of this stuff on board would be perfect for passages for example. A shake for the morning and the lunch and then for dinner you can just cook some real food.

Ofcourse it is still untested as to how far it is actually healthy to have a diet like this, however it seems to at least be more healthy than the diet of lazy ****s like myself
