Flavored Coffee Creamers
With so many flavored coffee creamers out there I'm tempted to work them into recipes. Shortcut ingredients are always a plus, especially if they are shelf-stable. However, I hate them in coffee so have little experience with them. I believe they are high in carbs, which is a minus Do they get clumpy in sea air? I believe the liquid creamers have to be refrigerated. Anyway, I'd love to hear any clever uses for them.

Re: Flavored Coffee Creamers
Many of the Packaged Liquid creamers are "iradiated" (spl) and are stable for years ! as to useing them for other uses, Im just not sure as we carry them for coffee when we can't get, or have run out of half and half. Bob wont allow the dry coffee creamer aboard! he say's that if he can make it go BOOM! he rather not have it aboard! LOL I guess this don't help to much but at least you know that you can keep the liquid creamers for ever now ! LOL let me know if useing them for cooking works! sounds like a good idea! Connie

The French would have you banned at the very mention of such obnoxious substances

I have used the vanilla bean to make ice cream, turned out very well indeed. At least I didn't see anybody pouring it out!

Don't the French have their own obnoxious substances...like snails and horsemeat, "viande de cheval"?

Re: Flavored Coffee Creamers
Read the list of ingredients in those things and then decide if you want to consume them.

Re: Flavored Coffee Creamers
Comfort food: add boiling water to a packet of cocoa mix, then stir in some French vanilla creamer.

Re: Flavored Coffee Creamers
artificial coffee creamer comes back from a burp tasting like soap. has palm oil and other items bad for the body. good luck with it.

I would like to know that one myself. I learned how to make regular old flour to go boom in high school.

Horsemeat, sure we're all eating that in Europe these days, even if we wanted to or not, ( are you listening BurgerKing)
PS my 8 year old daughter at the time loved "escargot" I think it was all the little tools you got to get the buggers out of their shells.
