BTW, we are currently in the Bahamas feeding ourselves just fine (here is our catch from the other day). We are also in a more remote
area than Hoghunter ever visited according to his chart. His Navionics charts
suck big time here, so that explains this.
However, to call someone a "vacation cruiser" just because they prefer to have a bit of peanut butter or nuts or chips on board is simply ignorant. Also to infer that if one is spending more than $1/day just because they like to have a bit of jam on their bread, that they are not "real" cruisers is also ignorant.
Bring it on Hoghunter. Do you really want to compare your "real cruising" experience sliding over to the Bahamas for the first time from Florida
for a few months to many of the other "vacation cruisers" on this forum?
If not, then please spare us the Navionics spam and the denigrating attitude.
Why Navionics thinks you are helping their business is beyond me.
