Just bought a new boat (Searay) that is coming with an electric grill (BBQ). Any cooking secrets for getting best results?

Being plugged in would help. Most marinas these days won't let you use a charcoal or propane grill. Something like this won't work well from batteries but maybe from a generator and of course shore power. I would say any recipe you used on another grill would be fine on an electric grill.
