Re: BEST HANGOVER MEDECINE
After years of research, killing my liver one beer at a time, I have a PHD from UHK in above subject.
The absolute best and only way to kill a hangover?
Don't stop drinking............ duh?
Research to continue...........

Grow up?
I have a beer or two nearly every day, but I haven't had a hangover in 35 years.

You'd have to have a shot liver to get one with your habits..

Re: BEST HANGOVER MEDECINE
Zyrtec is very very bad for you. It used to be given with allergies ... years ago but has been labelled as very bad stuff by some doctors and slowly phased out with arrival of newer and less toxic drugs.
Not drinking any alcohol a day before hangover beats all other solutions hands down.

Re: BEST HANGOVER MEDECINE
If you're in the Bahamas a bowl of sheep tongue souse, fortified with a little goat pepper, will make you feel alive again.
Warning: unless you're an expert, make sure it's just a LITTLE goat pepper.

Accidents happen, never plan on drinking to excess but about once every year or two I wake up with a hell of a hangover.
Sometimes I was just dehydrated and only had three beers (or less)... stress, hot sun, wind, a day on the water. I am not someone who tries to be perfect or in control all the time... Life is an experience not something to be controlled all the time.
We are all different no offense meant.
