What's the Best Way to Jibe with a Ketch Rig

What's the best way to perform a controlled jibe with a ketch rig sailing under the jib, main and mizzen, singlehanded. I have my own ideas and would like to hear how others do it.
I do all my own stunts.

Center up the mizzen...sheet in the main makeing your turn, reverse the order. Tend Jib sheets through out as normal.
"Go simple, go large!".

Relationships are everything to me...everything else in life is just a tool to enhance them.
