How to Tie Your Boat at the Dock

One of my biggest pet peeves is how weekend warriors tie up their boats. Sheesh, it's not that hard, and the knot is basic and letting your boat swing with the tide just prematurely wears out the dock lines. Not only that, after two weeks of not looking at their boats, which is usely slaming against the dock, fenders obviously not in the right location and power cords sagging into the water, they're the first to complain about the quality of the dock and the fact they're going through zincs at an alarming rate.
It's not that hard; spring line, bow line, stern line; one each per side. Other than being at an end tie, fenders are not even required.
