There was another
charter Bene that went down like a rock in the BVI about three years ago. The charterers were sailing with full
sails and everything opened up when a squall line came through with winds up to 50 kts or so. The boat was knocked down, down-flooded, and sent to the bottom in only a minute or so. They managed to get into the
dinghy, but only with what few clothes they had on their backs.
I later read that the boat had been recovered from 100' depths or so. Another "bargain" for the bottom feeders.
