Yea.

With all his and the studios money you think they would have at least asked a sailor a question or two.

Maybe they asked FH Rod?

Few months ago there was a thread where a number of CFs (from good ole' US of A) were expounding that there was no need for a VHF license or training.

Maybe RR is one who just bought the radio?

And it is in the side of the boat.
