Thanks for all the kind words. We are looking forward to having her here. She has had here companionways replaced with louvered doors. We will take a slip in Marshes Light marina.

Just a heads up on Marshes Light Marina. It is not particularly well protected from the prevailing winds during bigger storms. I have spoken to a number of owners who switched from Marshes Light to the Town Docks for this reason. That said, it would appear more private and less exposed to late night noise that may occur along the Town Docks.

Thanks CR38, we had the same concerns about the exposure to NE winds but will have a slip that puts her bow into the weather. The cost, parking, privacy, and dog friendliness were all factors that helped us make our decision.
