Tropical Flower Farmers Going Sailing

Hi all, we are tropical flower farmers in Cairns Aust. Selling up and going sailing again, had a 40' mono 28 years ago. Going to the other side this time probably on a Lagoon 400 cat. Any advice will be appreciated.
Have followed this site for years as an outsider.
Anyone want to be a flower farmer so we can go sailing!!!!
