1967 44" Pacemaker Sport Fisherman

This guy has a pair of 3208 Cats in a 67 44' Pacemaker, he is asking $4000 for the whole boat, if the engines are good I would think a chain saw and renting a boom truck and a Uhaul trailer could be a plan, give the rest of the boat to charity.

I emailed the guy with the 44' pacemaker, no response yet. I wonder what the interior looks like? Looks to just need a ton of sanding and stain topside..with some new wood here and there. Also just emailed the guy with the 38 footer..if the engines are gas, why doesn't the guy just throw a used 350 in it and call it good? I mean, doesn't EVERYONE have a chevy 350 on a stand in their garage? I do..
