Hi all
Got you Admin
No photos but I was there in late sixties. HMS Leander, the Leander at that. I must of been just 16. Great place. Of course been back recently, one of the Hotel chains I worked for had a head office there.

Great still

Best regards all

hi jackstee,
that's a long time ago. if you are back again, you can catch some sailing or just go down to some of the sailing clubs to chill out. regards

You sure can! I have some more, one of the Hilton and some others like the Tiger Gardens. If you like, I can e-mail them off to you.

Hi again KK, got your message and thanks, we'll be a callin' when the boat goes in. You could fill me in with living cost's up there. Just a taste to keep me interested.

Bearing in mind we'll be at anchor most of the time, so really just diesel price / litre, milk, bread, local beer and bargain basement car hire would be good. Oh yeah, Water availability.is it a big issue or should I be thinking watermaker.

Don't feel obliged to do this , but any info will be good.

Thanks

Dave

hi dave,
in singapore, water is not an issue. as this place is an international hub for transhipment, the lanes are very busy. most visiting boats berth at the marinas. these three are the more established.
1.Singapore Armed Forces Yacht Club
2.Republic of Singapore Yacht Club
3.Raffles Marina
you can follow the url easily by going to my webpage http://www.geocities.com/okokkeon111
the above websites will be a great starting point for you. i will give you the other info in bite size portion in subsequent posts. hope this will still keep you interested.
