Thanks for the welcome

Seaworthy Lass, thanks for the welcome. I have been lurking for a long time because I could not remember my password.

How do I change my password and complete my profile?

Re: Thanks for the welcome

Been having computer problems with links disappearing before I get to use them, but now have been able to change my password and check my profile.

A little about me:

Retired British/US Citizen now living in Denmark
Messed about in boats when I was a kid but no instruction.
Sailed dinghies ocassionally, like once every 5 years or so.
Took RYA Day Skipper course and passed- barely
Feel comfortable single handing my 28 ft. boat in reasonable weather, but struggle if there is a good blow. In my third seasen with boat now.
Recently took sailing lessons on a Danish Folkebåd, but instructions were in Danish and jeg taler ikke så god danske ( my Danish is rudimentary) Learned how to get boat out of harbour and back again without motor.
Hope to become more proficient.

Enjoy reading the Cruiser Former, and having crossed both the Pacific and Atlantic (on cruise ships) I am in awe of some of your descriptions of passage.
Just want to go out for a few days to nearby ports and make it back safely.
