Tartan 28’ New to Forum

Ahoy!

New to the forum and I just purchased a 1985 Tartan 28’. Any advise? Any Tartan 28’ Owners out there open to sharing their set of must do’s and definitely do not’s!

Greatly looking forward!

Don

Re: Tartan 28’ New to Forum

Tartan 28s are gorgeous little boats - and beautiful sailers. God bless Olin Stephens, eh? Someone on this Forum knows a couple who lived aboard and sailed quite extensively on a Tartan 28. The only shortcoming was that it is a tad short on storage.

Welcome aboard and fair winds!
Warmly,
LittleWing

I’ve got one. Great boat. We’ve done a lot of work to her in the year we’ve owned it. Put lots of miles on it too.
