Surveyor - New to this Venue

hello all,
i am a marine surveyor and insurance adjustor in the miami, florida area (but work worldwide). used to be a delivery captain and have lived aboard for the past 30 years in the coconut grove area. presently on a tayana 37.
would be happy to share any info i have come across over the years... and enjoy this forum since there is always someone with some info that i didnt know.
