If Jose Cuervo wants to crew with you: say "No!"

But Jose is a good companion, unlike Pierre Smirnoff who just smacks you in the head w/o any warnings

G'day, mate. Never leave port without the Captain. Have learned to be very careful with the OP version! Cheers.

Hmmm, I googled that drink and saw it has ginger beer in it. I´ve tried ginger beer once... never again and I can´t imagine why anyone would ruin a perfectly good rhum with it?

Ahhh-but there are various ginger beers. The TRUE Dark'n Stormy is made with the local Barritt's Ginger Beer. It's our (Bermudian) national drink.
BTW, have no connection to the Barritt family, other than contributing to their fortune

I can attest to Blue Stocking's assessment. Barritt's Ginger Beer is the real deal! Not your mother's ginger ale, by any measure--it has "Character".

My first Dark 'n Stormy upon reaching Bermuda after a stormy passage was truly the Nectar of the Gods.

The second was even better!

Hehe, I like ginger ale better than the -beer I tried. It definatley had "character" tho, I´ll give you that. Tasted like chewing gum and lasted about that long too. But if I ever make it to Bermuda, I´ll give it another go I´m not worse of a man than I can´t change my mind

As you are in "the land of Oz" it is a capital offence to be drinking Captain Morgan down here!

Bundaberg Rum is what you should be getting into!

The Bundy Red is really smooth..........
