S/V Tiger Lilly

Hi There,

Tom & Lilly from the S/V Tiger Lilly here. Our boat is a 1977 CSY44 walkover. We are currently on the hard at the St. Augustine Marine Center. We intend to head S for Marathon in a few weeks, and will sit out the remainder of the hurricane season there. After the Melbourne SSCA GAM in November we will sail for the West Indies.

Tom is a retired US Navy deep sea diving & salvage officer and circumnavigated our boat via the Milk Run from 1987 to 1991. Lilly is a retired businesswoman, former professional triathlete, and new to sailing. Tom & Lilly were married this past January in Jacksonville.

We are anxious to get the boat back in the water, and out cruising.

Warm regards,

Tom & Lilly

I love that photo. I love the pirogue and the greenery. A boat could disappear in that and never be seen again!

Re: S/V Tiger Lilly

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Good to have you here. Thanks for your service Tom. Lots of us old retirees here. I did a couple Tin Man Triathlons in Honolulu in the 80s. Most fun I ever had racing. I liked them much more than the marathons I ran.
kind regards,
