Respect from the new member of this forum

Good day, everyone!
Long ago, and with interest I read the forum.
Despite the fact that we live in the center of the largest mainland's of our planet, but too, like you, like everything that relates to sail, walk in many seas, engaged in regattas, sailing boats built themselves.
I shall be very glad to be taken in your community.
With great respect!
Valentin

Good day, everyone!
Thank you for inviting me aboard.
At this point in my life seen such a sailing picture:
Houses, I have a small yacht 5.5 meters long, the European class "Micro", use it in my pleasure on local lakes, and like a participant of the Russian races in this class. Three times in the season produced depart at sea for a week to take the boat 35-50 feet in the charter on the Mediterranean Sea. I work at the Russian yachtyard, which collects series of boats 5,5-12 metres long.
It is more like he should be in the sea, I hope to get information on marine and ocean cruises in this forum.

Добро пожаловать, Valentin.

It's great to have you here on the Forum. Racing small boats and chartering larger boats is a great way to get into the sport of sailing. We would all love to learn more about your sailing experiences in Russia.

Best regards,

Hud

Welcome also Valentin,
I've really enjoyed the open companionship of the few Russian cruisers I've met in past years. It is one of my dreams when sailing oceans gets too tough, to consider heading across Russia in a power cruiser. I drove from Finland to Germany some 30 years back in a car, and whilst it only took a few days, I've never forgotton the experience.
Great to have you on board.
JOHN

Thank you very much!
An increasing number of Russian sailors went in cruises and participates in regattas. This is especially noticeable on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Maybe not in all succeed, but we learn. Including, I hope, learn sailing culture.
