Portugal

Hi
I sailed my boat to Portugal last year and want to do some maintenance on her this spring before going a further. Unfortunately I did not carry enough of the paints I need when I set off last year. I cant find what I want over there and I cant transport them by air from UK. I am looking for a yacht heading down that way this spring, willing to carry a few pots for me.
Can anybody help me?
David

Re: Portugal

Sad there is no Ferry anymore directly to Lisboa, but perhaps a Spain Ferry might get you close.

Re: Portugal

Hi I might be heading that way April time if that's of any use?I don't have too much space in board but PM me maybe and we'll have a chat.
Where are you in Portugal? If you know the area well maybe we could swap some info on the area for a paint lift!

Re: Portugal

Hi Simon, thanks for the reply. I am in Cornwall and will be heading back to Portugal (my boat is in Porto) in April, so if you are leaving from UK lets try to link up and talk about.
Cheers
David.

Re: Portugal

Hope your boat is well secured in Portugal. I understand they've been having a spot of weather this winter:

Re: Portugal

Hi David,

Looks like our plans might have to change due to the weather in the UK so might not be heading that way. If you can find a different option I'd take it.

Regards,
Simon
