Thumbs up One more newbie on the forum ...

Hi,

I started to enjoy sailing only a few years ago...
Bought my first sailboat 2 years ago, a Jaguar 27 (identical to the Catalina 27 but built under license in the UK)...
I have sailed this boat now since 2 years in Dutch Waters and have been chartering other boats on vacation destinations. (Bavaria 38 in Italy next week )

My ultimate goal is to buy a bigger boat and set off to sail the world, still a lot of things to think about, Budget is getting close to what I expect I will need !

I will be posting soon on this forum with some questions on boat selection and budget choices...

Read you soon !
Djeeke.

Welcome! Talk about a fountain of knowledge, this is it. What is the sailing season there? Might want to trade some sailing someday. Enjoy the forum.

Aloha Djeeke,
Welcome aboard! I've been up your way on US Navy ships and toured the country while stationed in Germany. That's been many years ago. You have some interesting sailing vessels plying those waters.
Kind regards,
JohnL
