Old & New

Hello all,
Purchased an Olson 30, hull #220, out of Bainbridge Island, Wa., about 4 years ago and have been sailing out of the West Mooring basin in Astoria, Oregon (Columbia River, Graveyard of the Pacific). What a wonderful vessel and sailing venue.
Currently have it pulled and in my driveway for a complete refit. Lots of through holes that need core work and a soft foredeck. Would like to configure for singlehanded sailing & cruising/camping in NW waters.
Hull is perfect and the rudder needs some leading edge work.
I look forward to sharing this wonderful experience with all who are interested.
Cheers,
Arch Cape Rand

Arch Cape Rand,

Welcome aboard CF!

It sounds as if you're doing great with your boat. I hope the deck job goes smoothly and that you caught it before it spread.

Good luck with the re-fit.

Ann
