Newby Liveaboard

Hello everyone! Just recently bought a '69 Mariner 31. Didn't plan on living aboard just yet but sometimes life gives us a little push. So here I am. Living in San Pedro, Ca. Not much experience and will probably be on here alot for any info I can get on just about everything. Sailed her down from Ventura and over to Catalina along with some day sails. I like the way she moves. Anyone else out this way?

Welcome to the forum!

You'll find a few other Californians hanging out on CF.

Awesome! Gorgeous boats! Can I PLEASE have that little "push" so I can move aboard? Of course it would involve "pushing" a couple of teens out the door...so I guess I had better wait a couple of years. But congrats and good luck!

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Good to have you here. Congratulations on your choice of sailing vessel. Great boat. I had a Mariner 35 all wood beauty many years ago and it sailed very well when the breeze came up.
I helped salvage my friendes Mariner 32 so have some booms and such around here. Wish you were closer I'd let you have them very cheap.
kind regards,
