Newbie rom Savannah asking permission to come aboard

Hi Fellow Boaters,
Just wanted to introduce me (Neal) and the Admiral (Barbara). We live just off the ICW in Savannah,GA. We cruise the ICW and surrounding waters in our 30' Regal pocket cruiser. Just wanted to say Hello and glad to be here.

the waters around savannah are great as well as the city itself. i lived on whitemarsh island for a while and enjoyed my time there. take care.

We built a new home in 2007 on Whitemarsh Island on Turners Creek between the Hwy 80 bridge and the Johnny Mercer bridge. We love being on the water and go by the Bull River marina all the time to head to Tybee or just to go watch the dolphins. Please come visit anytime.

Hi all!

I have posted a couple of threads on this forum, but I wanted to say thanks for introducing yourselves. I will be moving to Savannah or Hilton Head in the next couple of months. I hope to stay in Savannah, but I do not know if it will be possible since I really want to liveaboard my 37' CSY. Whether it be Savannah or Hilton Head I am really pleased to be moving to the area and appreciate any and all tips about the area, marinas, the GA liveaboard law, etc.

There are several marinas in the Savannah area that welcome live-aboards. You can try the Thunderbolt Marina, or the Bull River Marina. Both are in great locations.
