Hi everyone, two males here, best friends for many years, and we are about to embark on a world trip backpacking starting in South America.
We are looking at hitching a ride, as working crew of course, from the Pacific Islands (Papeete, Tahiti) heading west to Fiji via the Cook Islands and Tonga etc once we finally arrive there (Mid March 2016).

As this is all new to both of us, I thought this would be the best place to find out any information on how we would go about achieving this, getting as much information as possible or even better p, coming across a skipper/yacht that would be in these areas and routes at the date mentioned above.

Any information would be great guys.
