pirate Newbie from FL

Hey everyone! My name is Justin and I am looking to get my feet wet! I am originally from Missoula MT. Right now I am staying in FL before I head down to Central America. I got my first taste of sailing last year in Boston. My sister belongs to a community sailing club with municipal boats. She had recently got her first level certification, allowing her to take other people out. So needless to say what i thought would be a boring day listening to my sister jaw about her new hobby quickly turned into me talking her ear off about what she knew. She let me give it a try after a while and I loved it!(even though we were going quite slow and were in a tiny 12 footer haha). Anyway I really want to take my interest to the next level. I am young, adventurous, and eager to learn the ins and outs of sailing. As I said I am going to central america in a few weeks to do some traveling, but if someone approached me today about helping on their sail boat, chances are i would take them up on the offer! Cheers!

Aloha and welcome aboard!
My advice is try a basic sailing course and go to yacht clubs or marinas to learn more about boats and sailing.
regards,
