This forum was one of those lucky internet finds of the sort that seem to be rarer the more the net expands. I have have a read through some of the threads and have been impressed by the quality of the contributions. Thanks for allowing me in.

Hey Alan, Welcome to the forum, grew up in Wales but spent much of my twenties up the road in Liverpool before relocating stateside. You certainly get some good winds in that area!

I am going to watch the arrival of the tall ships in Liverpool this Friday so hopefully I'll be able to post a pic later.
