I noticed there is a very clean Newport 28 for sale at Panama City, FL. The add says she has had the same owners from day one, you may want to check her at New and Used Yachts for Sale - YachtWorld.com

I looked at a Newport 30 many years ago and was amazed at all the interior space.

Do you remember which boat in Panama City? I only see one and it doesnt say anything about one owner.

My wife and I live in Ft Walton Beach, FL and plan to sail around the gulf coast.
